Kindly do the following:

Fill in the required details of the Proposed course line by line and click the Submit Button.

Once you press the Submit button, you will get an acknowledgement.

The form will be generated with your course details.

Please click the Print button to take a printout the form.

Please sign the printed form and forward it to CCE through your head of the department.

Only after receiving your hardcopy, CCE will process your proposal.

After Scrutiny by the duly appointed Committee, you will get a mail indication whether your proposal is approved.
